INDIVIDUAL POLICIES:
Will Lend:
Most items in collection, copies only for rare books collection, periodicals lending for bindery or on a case by case, microform copies only (fiche to fiche or paper, reel to paper only).
Will Not Lend:
Reference, materials on reserve, microfilms/microfiche, non-circulating materials, short term loan materials.
Loan Period:
4 weeks from date of shipment, one 4-week renewal.
Photoduplication:
Will duplicate for reciprocal CIC libraries at no cost.
Microfilming Service:
Fiche or reel to paper. Fiche to fiche copies made.
Shipping:
Loans - MINITEX ships and receives, transfers via Lanter service.
Photocopies - ARIEL (preferred), fax, or 1st class mail.
Borrowers for Whom DDS Available:
Open to CIC members via ILL
