Reservations at the Chicago O'Hare Marriott Hotel should be made with the group name "CIC DEO Seminar". The negotiated rate is $89.00 per night, plus tax. All sessions (except Thursday night's dinner at the Rosewood Restaurant) will be at the Big Ten Athletic Conference Headquarters (about 3 blocks west of the O'Hare Marriott), with free shuttle service provided between the hotel and the Big Ten HQ.

The Marriott Suites is located on Higgins Road in Chicago, just outside O'Hare Airport. For those flying in, you can catch the Marriott shuttle at O'Hare to get to the hotel. No shuttle service is provided from Midway Airport, so if you fly into Midway you can expect a 40-minute cab ride.

Attendees may make reservations by calling the hotel at 773-693-4444 and referencing "CIC DEO Seminar". The cutoff date for the special discounted rate at the Marriott Suites is January 18th. The discounted rate is available from February 8 - 11 for those who plan to arrive on Wednesday evening and/or stay over Saturday night.
