Reservations at the Chicago O'Hare Marriott Hotel should be made with the group name "CIC DEO Seminar". The negotiated rate is $99.00 per night, plus tax. All sessions (except Thursday night's dinner at the Rosewood Restaurant) will be at the O'Hare Marriott.

The O'Hare Marriott Hotel is located on Higgins Road in Chicago, just outside O'Hare Airport. For those flying in, you can catch the Marriott shuttle at O'Hare to get to the hotel. (see details below) No shuttle service is provided from Midway Airport, so if you fly into Midway you can expect a 40-minute cab ride.

The cutoff date for the special discounted rate at the O'Hare Marriott Hotel is January 24th. The discounted rate is available from February 14 - 18 for those who plan to arrive on Wednesday evening and/or stay over Saturday night.

Transportation from O'Hare:
The Marriott Chicago O'Hare has a complimentary airport shuttle service that runs from approx. 6am - 12:00am. If arriving on a domestic flight, follow the signs within the Airport to the Bus Shuttle Center Door #2. The Marriott Shuttle runs approximately every 20 minutes but it is advisable to call them on 773-693-4444 once you have your luggage.

Alternatively, taxis are available from O'Hare Airport to the Marriott Chicagoi O'Hare. Expect about a $10 fare.

Parking at the hotel:
The Marriott has daily parking rates for Valet ($25) and Self Parking ($20). Each rate is based on a 24 hour stay.
