The WISE Directory is published on-line in an effort
to increase the professional opportunities of women graduate students
and postdocs and to aid colleges and universities, and other potential
employers in the recruitment of highly educated women in science,
engineering, and mathematics fields. Women who have completed
their Ph.D. degree within the last two years, who expect to complete
their Ph.D. degrees within the next year, or who are currently
employed as postdoctoral fellows or researchers at one of the
participating 15 CIC campuses, are eligible to be included in
the CIC WISE Directory.
