Apply for a FreeApp
application fee waiver
How it works:
1. Apply for a FreeApp fee waiver by completing the online FreeApp application.
2. Your information
will be forwarded to the CIC universities that you choose on the form.
3. You will receive a confirmation of your FreeApp waiver along with instructions for completing a graduate application for each of the universities you chose on your form. Note that it may take a week to 10 days to receive a confirmation.
4. You complete a graduate application for each of your chosen universities.Most applications can be downloaded or completed online at the graduate school websites.
Note:
Michigan State University does not accept online applications for the FreeApp. You must complete a paper application.
The University of Minnesota deadline for requesting a FreeApp waiver is December 15.

Your fee waiver request will be processed for the current admissions cycle.
